1. Free workshops
Free workshops cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
2. Paid courses and programmes
The refund terms shown on the course page and at checkout when you buy apply to that purchase.
3. How to ask
Email support@skillfyai.com from the email address you paid with, with your order details and the reason. If you can't access something you bought, write to the same address and we will fix it first.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
