1. What we collect

• Details you give us when you reserve a workshop seat, send an enquiry or chat with us: your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address, and what you tell us (for example your role, goals, company or institution, designation, city and message).
• Chat conversations on our website chat and on WhatsApp.
• Usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

We do not ask for payment details on this website.

2. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and reserve your workshop seat.
• To send joining details, reminders and updates about the workshop or programme you asked about.
• To send updates on WhatsApp, only if you ticked the box asking for them.
• To provide support for courses you have bought.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or start a chat. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who process it for us, under contract:

• Zoho (CRM, website chat, WhatsApp inbox, helpdesk and email), hosted in Zoho's India data centre.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business), when you message us on WhatsApp.
• Google (Google Analytics), for website usage statistics.
• Our course platform, when you buy or access a paid course.
• Our website hosting provider.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and chat records for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and for up to three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or the law requires us to keep them longer.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the website and the chat working and are always on. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Zoho SalesIQ analytics) help us understand how the site is used. In India they are on by default and you can switch them off; in the EU, UK and Switzerland they stay off unless you accept them.

You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer, or block cookies in your browser settings.

6. Children

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to submit enquiries on your behalf or with you. We do not knowingly track or target advertising at children.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to erase it, unless we must keep it by law;
• withdraw your consent at any time, including stopping WhatsApp updates (reply STOP);
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you; and
• raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

Email support@skillfyai.com from the address you gave us, and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your data. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
